Domestic Shipping(for orders shipped within the Continental United States)--

Free standard shipping on orders within the contiguous U.S.!

Alaska and Hawaii: Unfortunately, Little Partners is unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard shipping packages arrive within 3-7 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Little Partners is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

International Shipping and Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders shipped outside the United States. All international customers should deal directly with the retailer where the item/s were originally purchased. Returns and Refunds Policy(for orders shipped within the United States)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Returns are only accepted for items purchased on the www.littlepartnershop.com website. Little Partners does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its retail partners. To obtain further return information or to arrange to return your item please contact a Customer Service representative at 1-800-704-9058, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET and Saturday 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET OR click the following button to begin the return process and create a shipping label.

All returned items must be shipped at the customers expense unless previously agreed upon by Little Partners prior to shipping. By placing an order on www.littlepartnershop.com, you are accepting this return policy. Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted.

Refund

If you’d like a refund, please note that per our returns policy, a 20% restocking fee and return freight will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive the item/s back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund less the return shipping fee and the restocking fee which will appear on your credit card statement within 10-12 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return.

Gift Return

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, the original card holder will be refunded.

Return instructions:

1. Contact us at our email: [email protected] stating your order number, the product/s you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information.

2. Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email containing your UPS prepaid return label and Return ID. NOTE: The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. 

3. Please enter your Return ID on the carton or packing slip and include with your return.

4. Please print and attach the prepaid UPS label onto your shipping box and drop off at your nearest UPS location.

Sales Tax--

Sales tax will be charged for all purchases shipped to the following states: Pennsylvania, California.

 

Warranty--

Limited Lifetime Warranty: This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase. For all sales on Amazon.com, Little Partners will only honor its warranty with valid proof of purchase from the Little Partners storefront.

Time Period of Warranty: The term of this warranty begins on the date of the original purchase and extends for the life of the product for the original purchaser only. The warranty covers any defects, malfunction or failure attributed to either the quality of materials used, workmanship of finish, or assembly.

If, during the life of this product, after reasonable and non-commercial use and all required maintenance performed, it fails to conform to this warranty, Little Partners™ will at its option, repair or replace the product determined to be defective.

What is Not Covered by Warranty: This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Damages or malfunctions resulting from abnormal use, including, but not limited to, repair or tampering by unauthorized parties, will not be covered.
